MINISTRIES OF THE NORTH MERIDA BAPTIST CHURCH

Adult Services: Each Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. we offer church services for teens and adults. These services include a dynamic music service and a Bible based preaching, teaching service dealing with applicable and practical themes to help us better serve our Lord and Savior.

Music: Each of our services begins with a God honoring music service. This is a time in which we can put aside all the worries of our day and focus our attention on the Lord Jesus Christ and prepare our hearts to receive the message God has for us from His Word

Nursery: During the Sunday morning service each week we offer a nursery for ages 0 - 4 years. The class includes songs, a short Bible Story using flannel graph, and crafts or color pages.

Children's Church: During the Sunday morning service each week we offer a dynamic children's church for ages 5 - 11. The class includes song time, the Bible lesson, review games, and crafts.

Youth Services: We offer special classes for the youth to discuss issues they face in their day to day life, looking to God’s Word to learn His perspective on the issues. Throughout the year, we also have joint youth events with the other Baptist mission works in the area, including a youth camp each summer.

Discipleship I & II: We offer to all church members a series of discipleship classes to help them in their walk with the Lord. This program consists of various fundamental lessons of basic Bible doctrine and is a necessary tool for developing strong Christian leaders.

Discipleship Evangelism: We offer this course various times throughout the year to help our members to learn how to intelligently share their faith with others. During this course one will learn to present the plan of salvation in a very non-offensive manner.

Prayer Services: Each Tuesday night we meet to bring before the Lord the special prayer needs of our church families and our community.

Visitation and Evangelism: Our visitation program encompasses 3 phases including: 1) door to door evangelism and tract distribution 2) following up with those who have made decisions, and 3) visiting the members within the church that have special physical and spiritual needs.
